By accessing or using The Golf Challenge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must notify us of any unauthorized use
• One account per person

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access

4. Tournaments and Games

• All tournament rules must be followed
• Entry fees are non-refundable unless tournament is cancelled
• Scores must be submitted honestly and accurately
• Cheating will result in immediate disqualification and possible ban
• Prize distribution is subject to verification

5. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Tournament entry fees are final once tournament starts
• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by The Golf Challenge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the site and informs users of our data collection practices.

8. Disclaimers

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for user-generated content
• Golf course information may not always be current

9. Limitation of Liability

The Golf Challenge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
